David has over sixteen years of professional working experience. He trained with, Lawrence Akinwole & Co. (Chartered Accountants). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011. David has had a successful and fulfill career, acquiring experience in various sectors (as a manager and consultant), such sectors include financial institution, manufacturing, telecommunication services, oil and gas services, as well as transport and logistics sector, among others.
David is a graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Associate (ACA) Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Accounting Technician-West African, of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN- AAT) and Full Member Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (FMCLRM). David is a Practising Accountant and Tax Practitioner. He is an Associate (ACTI) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
David was the foremost and former Financial Controller TLD Global Services Limited (An Oil and Gas Service Company), former Group Head of Finance and Corporate Planning of ENTRLOG Group- The parent Company of one of the CBN Licensed Cash-In-Transit Company (ALVAC). He was the Financial Controller of Vigeo Capital Limited (Subsidiary of Vigeo Group).
He is currently a Director, Business Advisory in Adebowale Adesola & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and the Director- Business Advisory, Facts & Figures Consulting. David is also a regular facilitator in Success Summit for ICAN Students.
John is the Worldwide Managing Partner, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Finovate, where he oversees global strategy and operations while preserving Bain’s renowned culture. With over 20 years at the firm, John has advised global CEOs and is a recognized expert in deal advisory and value creation for portfolio companies.
He has a strong background in private equity, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and consumer products. John is also involved in sustainability initiatives and serves on the Board of Directors of Cancer, a non-profit focused on fighting pediatric cancer. He holds master’s degrees in civil engineering and multilingual business communication from the University of Ghent and is based in New York.
